Garden of Delights, art paper installation presented at TESSAC, Taiwan and Fuji Paper Museum, Japan in 2022
Colored, painted, and patterned papers, papier-mâché, makeup, and beads
If I had not become an artist, I would have liked to be a gardener. Garden of Delights draws inspiration from this love of nature and the pleasure of cultivating and imagining a garden.
Made of paper, the work is created from a variety of textures and colors. I draw, cut, and assemble flowers and leaves in layers, seeking a natural movement between the elements.
This lush garden fills the space and forms an immersive universe, a rich and detailed imaginary microcosm, reflecting the image of nature.
